PRIVACY POLICY Effective Date: 06/24/2026 1. Introduction Beebo LLC ("Beebo," "we," "us," or "our") operates the BreakThatHabit mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you download, access, or use the BreakThatHabit app ("Service" or "App"). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. BreakThatHabit is a wellness application intended for adults aged 18 or older and is available exclusively in the United States and Canada through the Apple App Store. By accessing or using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 2. Information We Collect We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the App. Categories of Personal Information Collected Identifiers: Email address provided via Sign in with Apple (including Apple relay email), internal user ID. User-Provided Wellness Data: Habit selections, habit use frequency, habit use extent, custom habit names (profanity-filtered), daily usage logs (over/under limits), tapering plan start date, tapering plan end date, and tapering progress. Progress Data: Push notifications, streaks, logged habit use performance, and achievements. Device & Technical Data: Device model, operating system, app version, crash logs, and performance diagnostics. Subscription & Transaction Data: Subscription status, product identifiers, and purchase validation data received from Apple via RevenueCat (no payment card data). Advertising Measurement Data: When you use the App on iOS, the TikTok Business SDK generates and transmits to TikTok a limited set of measurement signals — at minimum: a non-resettable vendor identifier (IDFV), IP address, coarse device/OS information, app install/launch timestamps, and standard funnel events (Registration, CompleteTutorial, ViewContent, StartTrial, Subscribe, Purchase) with the related product identifier, price, and currency. We do not collect or transmit the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and we do not display the App Tracking Transparency prompt. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. By using the app, you confirm to us that you are 18 or older. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm you have received permission from your parent or guardian before using this app or sending us personal information. We will also collect data that you give us regarding your interaction with app. This may include technical information such as your IP address based on your location, app version, or device platform. Additionally, we may collect crash data when the app crashes that can help us debug issues and improve the quality of the app. 3. Sources of Information Information is collected directly from you, your device, or automatically through Apple and RevenueCat in connection with App usage and subscriptions. 4. How We Use Information We use personal information to: Provide, operate, and maintain the App Generate tapering schedules and habit progress tracking Enable subscription-based features Send non-marketing push notifications for habit reminders (user-controlled) Detect crashes, bugs, and security issues Improve App functionality and performance Measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and attribute new installs/subscriptions (TikTok Business SDK, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit) We do not use your wellness, habit, or account-content data for advertising. Advertising measurement is limited to the device-level signals described in Section 2. 5. Sharing of Information We never share information with third parties beyond those required to serve you and we will never share any of this data unless required to by law or subpoena. We use the following third-party providers to provide the following processes: Apple Inc. – authentication, App Store distribution, in-app purchases, analytics RevenueCat – subscription validation and entitlement management Supabase – secure backend data storage and processing TikTok (TikTok Pte. Ltd. / ByteDance affiliates) – receives the Advertising Measurement Data described in Section 2 via the TikTok Business SDK for ad attribution and campaign measurement. TikTok may process this data in accordance with its own terms, including for measurement, fraud prevention, and ad delivery or optimization. All service providers are contractually obligated to protect personal information and use it solely to provide services to us. 6. Data Retention Beebo LLC retains user data for the duration of any period in which you have expressed an interest in our products or services, for as long as you actively use our mobile application, and for six years after that such that we can respond to any future legal proceedings. Any data provided by a user via a web-based form is also retained for this same period. User data may be anonymously aggregated during and beyond this time in order to help us develop and improve our products and services. It is not possible for a customer to be individually identified from aggregated or derived data. 7. Data Security We implement industry-standard safeguards, including: AES-256 encryption at rest TLS encryption in transit SOC 2 Type II–aligned infrastructure through Supabase No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data. 8. Account Deletion You may delete your account and associated personal data directly within the App. Upon deletion: Personal data is removed from active systems within a reasonable period Some information may be retained in de-identified form or where legally required Deletion does not erase measurement records that TikTok already received prior to deletion; those are governed by TikTok's own retention practices. 9. Your Privacy Rights Some rights below apply only if the listed law applies to us or to you. United States (CCPA/CPRA – California) California residents have the right to: Know what personal information we collect and how we use it Request access to or deletion of personal information Request correction of inaccurate personal information Not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights Canada (PIPEDA) Canadian users have the right to: Access personal information we hold about them Request correction of inaccuracies Withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual restrictions) Decline or withdraw consent to advertising measurement; doing so does not affect access to the App's core wellness features. To opt out, contact us at the email below and we will suppress further TikTok SDK events from your device on next launch. Requests may be submitted by contacting us at   Support@beeboapplications.com . 10. International Transfers Data is stored and processed in the United States. Canadian users acknowledge that their information may be subject to U.S. laws. 11. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to make revisions or additions to this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. 12.
